Since entering the industry in 2018, Syakir has developed a strong passion for talent management, specializing in nurturing independent musicians. With a wealth of experience in event management, he possess exceptional negotiation skills that facilitate successful partnerships with organizers. Syakir is adept at handling diverse talent needs, ensuring artists are well-supported during gigs, festivals, and tours. His commitment to fostering creative environments and maximizing opportunities for growth has made him a respected figure in the music industry.

Artis Management - Megat Fazly
Meet Megat Fazly : born on May 27, 1999, a Malaysian singer- songwriter, composer, and producer from Kuala Lumpur. He first gained recognition as one-third of the folk-pop trio Mafidz, which won Malaysia's Vans Musicians Wanted competition in 2019. In 2023, Mégat Fazly officially embarked on his solo career, joined by bassist Aizad Khan and violinist Zaiff Sharqil. His musical style seamlessly blends elements of folk-pop, indie pop, and alternative genres. Since the release of his debut single, *“Minta Maaf Lagi,”* in February 2023, Mégat has consistently put out new music and collaborated with local artists such as Aizat Amdan, Airm, Ainina Hasnul, and AG Coco. He is currently focused on crafting his debut album while also producing for other emerging talents in the local music scene.

Full Music Production
The Beans Bag Management also offers a full music production service through a partnership with Ruang Mekar Production. Founded in late 2023 and led by Hazeeq Azhar, Ruang Mekar is a home-studio-based production company specializing in end-to-end music production and distribution. They work with a diverse range of clients, including corporate clients, indie artists, solo performers, bands, and a few mainstream artists.
Their production process begins with a demo and moves through pre-production, full recording, mixing, and soft mastering. With its cozy, home-studio setting, Ruang Mekar provides an ideal environment for brainstorming, arranging, and fine- tuning creative ideas. They are known for their attention to detail, meeting each artist's requests, no matter how specific, to ensure a truly personalized production experience.
